This car is a replica of a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IV driven by Tommy Makkinen during a Rally Championship in Monte Carlo. It is based on the EVO IV, which is a AWD vehicle with a 275hp 2.0 DOHC 16v engine.

This car is a replica of a Volkswagen Golf V5 which is based on VW's latest Golf/Beetle platform (Mk4). It has a 5 cylinder engine (V5) and it is a variation of the very popular VR6 engine.

The car rides on a Tamiya TL01 chassis, which has an ALL Wheel Drive (AWD)system driven by a shaft,and not belts as in other R/C vehicles.
